- নবমত, পণ্য খালাসের জন্য পোর্টবিল,শিপিং বীল প্রভৃতি সংগ্রহ এবং পরিশোধ করা
- দশমত, পণ্য খালাসিসকরণের সাথে জড়িত সকল সংস্থার মাঝে সমন্বয় সাধন করে
